Failed at that because when trying to copy the config to USB, you need to hit an Accept button, which was constantly greyed out and not therefore operational. ![]() We downloaded the MediaNav toolkit to a Windows PC and following those instructions, aimed to put a formatted ( FAT32) and empty USB stick in the Media Unit to see if having the toolkit review the current config, would trigger some form of update. Maybe we reset to factory defaults, not sure, but disappointed even so, that it wasn't fully working. I'm not sure what MediaNav firmware version we started off at, but after some fiddling we found it was back at version 2.0.9 and the SatNav had also stopped working as well as the clock set feature. Manually we could make the change but once you left the clock set page, it would go back to GMT.Īutomatically it was clear that nothing was happening. ![]() ![]() Initially it seemed as though the MediaNav kit worked fine, (phone link, radio, satnav) but when we changed from GMT to BST in the UK, we coun't get the clock change to store. My daughter bought a second hand Clio (63 reg) earlier in the year. Posted here in case anyone else has the same issue and is somewhat fobbed off by NNG (the software suppliers) and Renault between them.
